Breakfast
The most important meal of the day, the breakfast provides us with the much needed energy for our daily needs and tasks. Breakfast is my favourite time to eat (after dinner of course, nothing beats that). After a full night resting, its comforting to have a delicious meal to start the morning. However, the most simple of breakfast meals are the best, keeping you full and happy while not making you lose your appetite for lunch.

Recipe #1
Grilled Skipjack Tuna With French Loaf
Ingredients
-3 Skipjack tuna.
-10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
-6 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
-6 tablespoons of honey.
-1 loaf of baguette.
How To Prepare
1. First, prepare the Skipjack tuna. Place the fish, the extra virgin olive oil, the Dijon mustard, and the honey in a bowl and mix them together until the olive oil, mustard, and honey is thoroughly coated onto the fish. Place the prepared tuna inside the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavours soak into the flesh.
2. Prepare the grill over a medium-high heat. It helps to clean the grill from any crust from previous cooking endeavors with paper towels. For those without a fireplace or a wooden stove, you can also grill on a grill pan. Prepare the grilling grate or the grill pan by rubbing it with olive oil using paper towels.
3. After preparing the grill, take the tuna out of the fridge. Season each side of the fish with salt and pepper to give it a finish touch. Place the fish onto the grill and wait for it to sear properly. A good way to know when to flip the fish is when it no longer sticks to the grill and is easily flipable. Do not attempt to flip the fish if it still sticks to the grill as it can cause the fish to break apart.

4. Once one side is well-seared, flip the fish on its opposite side. Let it sear just like before. The same tips apply when serving the fish from the grill.
5. Once the other side is also well-seared, serve it onto a plate.
6. Either repeat the cycle for the other 2 fish or you can also grill all the fish at the same time.
7. Serve with a piece of fresh baguette. I usually eat it while having a cup of hot tea.

Although known as the least favoured tuna, the Skipjack tuna is a personal favourite of mine. I used to eat it for breakfast when I was a little boy with my father, who also loved the little fish. Like most other kids, I didn't like the fish but I guess it grew on me over time. It is now my most favourite of all tunas and possibly of all fish.
